The main challenge was simplifying the conversion process while handling various file formats and learning styles. Users needed an intuitive interface for effortless navigation, content review, and export. Additionally, integrating a helpful AI chat and balancing the brand’s color scheme added to the complexity.

Results

A clean, step-by-step UI streamlined file uploads, format selection, and instant results. Smart customization options allowed users to refine content before exporting. The AI chat was designed as an interactive study assistant. Competitor analysis and UX writing improved clarity, and the final UI was delivered in just two days.
